### What is Roceet?

Roceet is a suite for sending files and getting them approved. Roceet Share sends large files by link, with password protection, download limits, and automatic expiry. Roceet Review lets clients comment on and approve files, and keeps a log of what happened. Recipients never need an account.

### Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel at any time, though we don’t offer refunds for unused time within a billing period.

### Do my team members need to pay separately?

No. Ultimate is billed per seat on the team owner’s subscription, and each person you add to the team, including pending invites, uses one seat. Teammates don’t pay individually. To invite more people, add seats to the subscription.

### Can I share my quota with friends on Free plan?

Quota sharing and team collaboration are exclusive to the Ultimate plan. It’s designed for groups that need to work together efficiently.

### Do people need an account to download my files?

Not at all. Anyone can access your shared files without signing up. For true collaboration, like uploading or managing files together, you can add them as team members on your plan.
