its alive!
In the previous announcement, I mentioned that the expected launch date was December 2024, which means I'm about four months late. Not ideal, I know – but I used that extra time to polish the product. Will it pay off? We'll see. If you enjoy the product – then yes, absolutely.
I made the decision to take as much time as needed to cover all my bases. I wouldn’t feel right releasing a half-baked product and asking anyone to pay for it. Roceet was always meant to be functional and useul from day one – and I'm happy to say it is.
The funcationality
In the current iteration of Roceet, the following features are available:
- Transfer Links - Easily generate shareable links to send files to anyone.
- Password protection - Secure your files with a password so only the right people can access them.
- Adaptive and resumable uploads - bad connection? Don't worry, our system can handle it! Uploads automatically resume where they left off.
- Transfer and File management - Track, organize, and manage your sent and received files in one place.
- Extended lifetime - your data is available for download up to 60 days
- Dynamic Storage - your storage allowance is automatically returned after file expires or is deleted, so you only use it again.
