Got a Roceet Review Link? Here's 2-minute Guide to Commenting & Approving
A quick no-jargon walkthrough for anyone who's just opened a Roceet Review for the first time.
What is a Review?
A Review is more than a download link - it's a feeback workspace. Open the shared link, then:
- Pick favourite or Approve items you like.
- Leave comments right where they matter.
- Highlight the details by drawin on assets, for crystal-clear feedback.
ALl your input stays in one, tidy thread, so everyone's on the same page.
First Click (and Maybe a Password Prompt)
Hit the URL and, if the sender enabled extra security, you'll see a password prompt. Pop in the code, they gave you, and you're in. No downloads, no sign-ups, just a clean protected review space.
Keep in mind, Roceet does not include the password in the email. Ask the sender if they didn't give you one.
Authentication - quick & painless
Feel free to browse a review without creating an account. The moment you want to comment, approve, or highlight something, we’ll simply ask for an email address—nothing more.
We'll create a free Roceet account on the spot, ensuring every remark, approval and notification is linked to you.
Approvals vs Favorites
The sender can ask for one of two things:
- Approve the files.
- Pick your favorites.
You’ll see which task they want in the Metadata bar right next to the review title.
To cast your vote, just open a file and tap the ★ Star icon in the upper‑left corner—the action changes automatically to “Approve” or “Favorite” based on the request.
Leave comments and highlights on items
Its possible to leave comments and highlights on each items in the review.
- Open the item you want to discuss.
- Click the **'Add comment...' box in the upper-left, type your note and hit Add.
- If it's an image file, you can pick a pen colour and draw on the image to highlight the area of focus.
